ouch! I hope Essendon does better than that. It is interesting to read what people who (rightly so) don't give a stuff about Essendon say about them.
Only eight clubs will play finals and we all want our team to be one of them.

No one has that much money. Can't have Port in the eight but they won't go bottom four either so that makes 9-13 for the Power in my books.

That was a dig mate.
I think port and essendon will finish about the same spot on ladder, probably both 8-12th. Am happy to take a little wager for us to finish higher than port though

this is all just pure speculation fuelled by loyalty and a hint of emotion. I'll just be happy to see Essendon win more games than they did last year and to see Collingwood fall over at some stage. If I could get the tooth fairy to wave her magic wand over the AFL I would wish for an Essendon/Carlton GF with the Bomers over the line by five points in a controversial umpiring decision in the dying seconds. Ahhhhhhh we live to dream....

Bad call SP. The last team we want to meet in a final is Carlton. Agree with you about Collingwood though - stuff Eddie Everywhere

Gee thats hilarious coming from a Richmond fan. Every year the tigers are pumped and every year flop and their own fans turn on them by round 5

Not CoverKing. He is such a masochist that he doubles up the pain by following the bloods.

By round 5 jim? i wish i had hope going into round 5. Its usually gone after we get smashed by Carlton in the first game of the year ;)

Honestly though, i understand where my club is at this point in time (and for the last 30 years), but the Essendon supporters that i know and on here (most of them) are getting way ahead of themselves already. Its 2 NAB cup games that you have got through.
