I'm looking at this match like this:

How much would you pay to see the crows win?

Take that money, stick it on Collingwood, and if Crows win, be happy, if they lose, go collect your winnings and drown the sorrows.

your a very smart man ss ;) i do this every week but ive only just started to collect the last 2 weeks.. its a win/win situation :D

You win $$ at the expense of your team losing? WTF?

No, if crows win, I will be happy to lose the $50, if they lose, I'll be devoed but it will give me a reason to at least be happy with a loss by having a return on the investment.

If I bet on the crows, and they lose, it's lose money, lose happiness.

If they win, sure, it's win win, but I'd be happy if they won without betting on them.

By betting against them, I still have some reason to be happy despite the loss.

Adelaide Football Club website

But the selectors chose not to name key defender Nathan Bock, who trained on Wednesday but has not played since August 1 because of a heel injury. He will not play for the Eagles in the SANFL elimination final on Sunday.
