I honestly believe that if Josh Carr wasnt a bleeder , Brenan would of got off with a reprimand with his clean sheet.

Because he bled it looked far worse then what it really was. Was nothing more then a love tap.

Na Brennan deserved to get suspended.
Was a stupid thing to do, particularly with the Lions in that position on the scoreboard.

if he was superman he would of picked a better club to play for!!!

before he decided to leave the ground he knew what he was going to do... but like i said it didnt work..
there could only be 2 outcomes of his decision.. 1st is rich gets stretchered off... 2nd is rich is lucky!!

Players dont pick the club mate, clubs pick the players!

Before he decided to leave the ground? Yeah, stay out of a contest altogether so your coach and team mates think you're going half hearted.

You knwo what I meant when I said players dont choose clubs ( when they get drafted ,like Chaplin was to Port ).

I find it hard to believe you actually think that staying out of a contest when your 90kg+ running flat out is easy to do?

i am hearing you with the point you are making but i would also add that when you take your eyes off the ball to go in like he did is just stupid.. if he kept his eyes on the ball i am sure the coach would be patting him on the back, instead of sitting in the coachs box for the next 2 weeks with him IMO.. there was only one courageous player and that was a 19 year old kid..

IMO he was off the ground when he realised he was not going to be the first to the ball and then protected himself while doing what he could to avoid any more damage than was unavoidable to Rich.

I think the way the Brisbane players reacted shows they too knew it was a "football collision".
