I never justified the knee either, I can understand though that some people wouldn't appreciate what led to it.

Still doesn't justify the knee.

It seems? I'd agree with that, it looks more like a handful of guernsey may / may not have included some hair inadvertently.

When I read it was "violent hair pulling" I was expecting to see a couple of girls in the school yard type action. Can't tell you how disappointed I am.

Adams has been in great form at the moment. Finds the ball well? Has some work to do on his disposal but still a very good pickup for the pies.

Any thoughts on Adams' incident?
I knew what he was trying to do - get some more balance by planting his knee on the ground. But...that's not what he did and it looks bloody bad.

Adams was trying to knee him in the head and suceeded. I think he is in trouble but should get a reduced suspension because Westhoff is a flog [emoji6]

On another viewing, you're right, he did. And twice.
Two games.

Maybe one game. Two down one because he has a hair cut you can set your watch to. No man bun means a reduction of at least 1 game.

That was crap by Adams. Dropping the knee into someone's head while he is on the ground, bloody gutless. Hope he gets at least two for that. I'm no Hoff fan but no one deserves that shit.

He responded the way others would too if they had their hair pulled in a violent manner.

I've just watched it about 5 times, when did Westhoff "violently pull his hair"? I can only see the off with a handful of guernsey.

There must be another video around of what happened, the clips that I've seen start from the wrestling on the ground when the kneeing starts, no hair pulling there

surely he gets 3-4 on the potential for the action to cause injury or is that just Hawthorn players that have that thrown at them

For a bloke who supports a club that has been so successful recently, you've got a rather large chip on your shoulder.

Ya reckon or just pointing out that only 2 players in the whole comp have got games for damage they could potentially cause. Apparently everyone else's penalty is dictated by the actual injury caused. Just happens both those players are from Hawthorn.
The not a good look rule, what the **** is that.
p.s im not saying they shouldnt have got games, 1 for Hodge, free kick, 50m and fine for Lewis wouldve been right

Not a great look so he has already suffered a bit. Two's plenty. He didn't flush him more a glancing blow.
He's been good for us lately but his game went to the crapper after he did it.

Jesse White will surely step up.

Or maybe we could wrap Ben Reid in plaster and stick him in the goal square.

Either of those are dubious. lol

I'd love to see Reid succeed, but he's just got one of those bodies.

Although still 7 games to go, this week V the Bullies looms as an "8 pointer".
