Sadly for my personal interests i believe it is true and St Kilda are the front runners, a trade which includes Jack Hayes is extremely likely which is why he has been given a game this week by the saints to showcase his fitness to the Crows.

I'd do that trade

Crows would want a fair bit more than Hayes in that trade

Thats why i said 'which includes'.

No doubt there would be some draft picks going the Crows way.

Jack would be a strategically trade with a major asset being what he brings to the youth in the SANFL side as I'm sure we would all agree he wouldn't make their fully fit starting side.

Nicks was strong that this was a body of issues not just last weekend and they have been working on it all season.

The kid is an immature 21 year old who sounds like he needs to grow up a bit.
I don’t think that squib in the centre of the ground did him any favours.
I think most coaches will put up with the other stuff if he puts his head in the hole when it’s his turn but when you shirk contests like that it doesn’t look good especially when he is a repeat offender

It's a combination of not going in hard at the contest, being selfish on field and saying and doing shit they've obviously asked him not to.

I think the senior players have just had enough.

They know hes an outside player.
He's been made the scapegoat for a complete failure of leadership and coach, captain and other leaders know it.

Crows still need a strong leader on field to help develop the younger lads.
He's still got that cannon of a leg/s. And footy smart.
He's earned the right to call time on his terms.

Totally disagree. No defensive pressure whatsoever. Absolute liability when the ball hits the deck, the Crows aren’t really serious about looking forward & this proves it, again. He doesn’t allow Thilthorpe & Fogarty to stand on their own two feet when he’s playing.
