Fair enough, but Carey was a better footballer than Jakovich, and Plugger was a better full forward than Ablett. ;)

Roos were crap, sadly playing under the roof then getting hit with a wet game really caught us out. But all credit to the Suns, not only have they got the talent but their bodies are getting bigger and the pressure they put on the ball carrier was sensational.

He is the best player I've seen.

Best player in the league. Senior still the best I've seen

I reckon Junior is better than senior. Senior wasn't consistent or stable enough. He would have a few average games each season. Junior however still does the freakish thing, but also performs week in week out.

It's hard to compare eras though. The game has changed so much. Both quality players of the highest order.

Will admit that Junior is more consistent but doubt I personally will see a more exciting footballer for the rest of my days than Senior.

half way through the season and gold coast sit 1 game out the 8. The pressure is now on the crows and power to not be the first team to finish below them. Before today I would of thought it would of been the power but at the moment the crows seem to be really unsettled.

Surely you have more ammo besides that.

Poor form.

Could be wrong and missed something but I only read a swans supporter mention the 07 GF?

So glad I was at a BBQ and had no TV to watch the game last night! Sounds like we were horrible and Swans were awesome, not surprising we have been pretty bad all year, even before Walker went down, from then it just got worse. Second half of the year would want to be pretty special to save some face this season can't see them getting anywhere near the finals on some of the efforts this year so far, even if they snuck in there can't see anyone outside top four again making any impact.

Anyone else remember when crow supporters scoffed at the idea of Jesse White involved in the the tippett trade with some draft picks... Oops

swans still have Reid, Jetta, LRT, Shaw and Tippett to come back in... Amazing football last night. Great to finally see them live.

Very good win by GC, ablett is a freak. Still working out how he bounces the ball in that weather last night  . Cost me a tip though.
I also thought GWS were impressive yesterday too.

Surely playing GC was the draw opening up a bit. They wont make it, where was Harvey last night perfect conditions for him to dominate in was poor IMO
If you can keep your head when all around you have lost theirs, then you probably haven't understood the seriousness of the situation.
