AFL - Round 3 discussion - (and lives scores)

Talk on the national game

Ryder took his eye off the ball (it went past him just prior to contact) and he initiated the contact with McPharlin, shoulder to head the first points.

Friday night my first thought - 2 weeks.
If you want to go quickly, go alone.

If you want to go far, go together.

I just hate to see a good bump like that one be penalised.

Should have got a little lower and clashed heads instead

When they showed the 4 different angles last night, one showed that Bernie actually hit the ball first (with his forearm mind you  ) before making the high contact. I thought weeks for sure, maybe that is what saved him.

Yes, I agree Bernie may be with the eagles next week anyway

I thought that he was gone for sure, he was late and there was high contact, agreed it wont matter he should be back in the SANFL next week, along with a couple of mates I think!

As a fan I too like the invert. Would have thought the normal gold with brown would have been a better fit against the pies Black though.

Your kidding, there wasnt much in the Vince one. Hardly matters, by all reports he'll be with WWT anyway for a few weeks. Although probably different from not doing anything.
