Surely the AFL will have to step in here, Adelaide are very vulnerable at the moment and having no coach is making it ten times easier for players to jump ship.

When you have players announcing that they'll go anywhere for a packet of skittles, there is a massive problem.

I think all these potential departures would be happening with the clubs blessing. They need a changing of the guard, and they need it as quickly as they can possibly have it. I don't actually see the drama about whats now happening at West Lakes (reasons for it in the past, ie the camp, probably still need to be addressed).

These blokes are all over 28 and most are not in the best 22 so this is all over hyped

Would have thought a premiership player leaving for more money was bigger news

But that's where clubs go from 10th to 4th, their depth. You're losing what was already questionable depth.

It had to happen, but a few injuries and you're in the deep end.

Anyone heard anything on the Coach front? Not much being said in the media as they focus on the player movements.

I heard from someone connected to the club that they heard Sam Mitchell interviewed very well.

Would he wait another 12 months to see what happens with Ken IF the crows offer him the job now?

Especially now he could be a playing coach.

The other thing is you get nothing for them.

Port moved on Young, Moore, Lobbe, O'Shea, Ah Chee, Trengove, Impey, Austin and we paddled, nothing changed, we stayed the same.

We give up Polec and Wingard and get Rozee, Duurmsa, Burton and Butters in exchange. Admittedly this year we paddled but we've at least made change for the future.

Would you Crowies consider moving Laird, Smith or Sloane on to get something good in return?

Got a few to fill their spots; Wilson, McAdam, Doedae, Himmelberg.

I think they have something they are working on too, something like Grundy or Wright

Not even one of them for an Ellis or a Fantasia?
Surely.
