Just watching the start of North and Geelong (I'm assuming its not a replay from a little earlier).

Apparently Geelong can make NAB Cup final depending on the result of this game.

Amazing seeing Jordan Murdoch - he is almost a clone of his dad from about 25 years ago with Norwood.

I know its only the NAB Cup and trying to keep a lid on it but back 2 back wins for the Tigers now and both from behind after coughing up a lead. Couldn't do it it last year and lost several close games but close wins gives the side some confidence especially at this time of the year and builds to our opener against Carlton to be a cracker of a game possibly 80,000+ in attendance!!

70,000+ for crowds for a start so not so wrong on that point. But yeh we got beat but we live in hope as it springs eternal at this time of the year!!!

The AFL and their double standards strike again.
As the only undefeated side Brisbane were set to host the final but the GABBA is out of action because of cricket so Brisbane tried to get the game moved to the Gold Coast.
The AFL said no and have moved it to Etihad where they expect a larger crowd.
If Gold Coast finished top I bet the GF would have been there, they love to look after the 2 expansion teams.

Yes we are heavily relying on a fit Waite. Reckon Casboult may be a big improver this year.

Pretty much the same teams as in 2011 when they were a kick away from a prelim. Means nothing!

I think Cartlon will be between 6th and 10th come end of the year though.

Reid is a quality key position forward. One of the best contested marks in the game.
