Far far far far from the worse player BUT is his a record a bit overrated in that he has spent his whole career as a small forward and nothing else.

IMHO players such as Brad Johnson,Stevie Johnson, Cyril Rioli, would have equal if not better records if they spent their whole career as a permanent forward. These players are a class above imho as they have had the ability to play a variety of roles and positions in their side.

Johnson and Johnson maybe. I don't buy into the commentator's love of Rioli's cameos. The biggest knock on Milne is ability to ice the goals in the big games I'd suggest.

thats just two of the top of my head without any research, could probably throw in a Nathan Brown as well. Akermanis would be another.

His record will stand as being one of the best small forwards of all time but in reality i think there are at least a handful who would have bettered him given the chance.
