That would seem counter productive though.

If he genuinely gets dropped on form then surely the club wouldn't want to sit him out? best method would be to give him as much game time as possible in the SNAFL to regain some touch?

Strange selection by Adelaide. They have dropped a 19, 20 and 24 year-old for 3 x 29+ year olds.

Must be in that premiership window.
