You and your Crowtard mates would probably get a footy education if you listened and wernt so ignorant

yeah i guess they could teach us how to be sniping pricks

and how to lose to carlton :D

Benny has a point here. It's about time FNF featured a highly decorated, recently retired Crow player... not sure who actually qualifies as that. But for the sake of the exercise, let's assume there is one!

The die hard footy follower, along with the casual observer would be illuminated by the pearls of wisdom this seemingly fictional character could potentially impart. Including.

- How a club/franchise can alienate itself with a sizeable part of the population within its own state.
- How this club can even suggest a State Guernsey is the appropriate strip to wear in heritage round.
- How to best handle "extra-ordinarily" player payments outside the salary cap
- How to sell dud ideas to the SANFL
- How to successfully retain players originally recruited/drafted from interstate.
- How to trade the best player in the comp away and get SFA in return.

Fascinating viewing. :D
So whats the downside???
Read my reply. It is directed at you because you have double standards

300 games had to qualify him for something, he was only the 76th player to get there. Dual club champion and an All Australian.

Yes I agree he was a good player and when he first came back from Melbourne was one of yours I rated. I'm not going to rattle off the Hodge credentials, but IMHO Hodge has him covered.

I certainly think Hodge would be far better than Thompson, hear him on MMM on Friday nights sometimes and he is very good.

I was just throwing up a Crows option as you asked , won't happen and TBH not sure he can string two sentences together

I'd expect we will see a bit of Nick Reiwoldt (spelling?) as well.

I've got a good idea. It's a bit out there, so bear with me.

Why don't they get two guys to describe what is happening on the field with words...

Some guys who can notice a player has a different haircut, and don't feel the need to mention it every time the player has the ball.

Some guys who might think of something "funny" to say, but don't feel the need to say it to the whole country.

Some guys who've actually spent a bit of time before the game looking at interesting footy related stats that can be recited whenever there happens to be dead air.

Or they could just continue to get seven or eight past players to carry on like they're watching the footy at a mates place on the piss on a Saturday night.

I personally hope he disappears and is never heard from again, I heard enough from him and about him last October to last a life time.
