Is it correct to say one is a player who used performance enhancing drugs, the other is a player who was addicted to more than likely a performance decreasing drug.

I would say there is a tad of difference between the two.

You don't think a cocaine based drug or amphetamine based drug is not a stimulant - regardless of whether he was addicted or not?

At the time, the evidence said not guilty, pulled over by Police for drug possession, got banned, was not charged by police.
