Both players are in the coaches best 22....in form!

Dawes does compete hard for the ball and does a decent job in the ruck. He's in!

Cloke could do anything in the next few weeks and i'll back him in to play well in the finals. He's in!

Tarrant, when he gets a bit more match fit, will pinch hit as a utility. He's in!

Hawkins has become a better forward than Cloke, that is pretty damning for a bloke who wants a mill a season

Dawes hasn't done anything all season. 17 games is enough time to find some form.

Looking very much Brad Miller-esque.

might also help him learn where he should be running to
his whole career has been built on belting up the weaker clubs

he's an All-Australian Premiership forward, with a club BnF under his belt, i rekon he's got a fair idea off what he needs to do/where he needs to be.

confidence is a big thing for some players, unfortunatly for us, he is one of them.

i understand he had one really good year
but the facts are he doesnt work anywhere near harder enough
the fact is that he is big and strong that a couple of clubs want him
but with a bad record on goal kicking, doesnt work hard enough, easily suxed in means maybe he is not as good as some people think, esp him and his dad

i think it was after the Port game in round 4, a reporter asked Bucks if he was worried about Trav's workrate. Bucks' reply was something along the lines of......

"Are you serious? I can go get the GPS readings from the game, Travis ran 13kms during the game, that's more than our on-ballers ran. It was the most out of any of our players."

i know thats over 3 months ago, and it was just one game, but he works bloody hard.

so i take it your happy with his work rate, his body language, his intent and passion for the ball?
clocking up kms on the ground doesnt mean alot if 1)your chasing jumpers2)you dont get the ball3)when you do get it you stuff it up
just believe for the money his dad is asking and demanding he is not worth it

So sick of hearing about cloke and boak. Both will end up with more money than they are worth.

His workrate and endeavour is fine.

People fail to realise he's being used differently compared to last year. Perhaps this is having a negative affect on his form.

From what I've seen he isn't used up the ground as much. Last year he was always up on a wing, finding space, getting in front of his defender and clunking grabs. Seems to be a restriction on his coverage this year.

Could be trouble if both cant get a kick this week. IF they both dominate it will be who cares they played GWS, if they cant get a kick this week they never will.
