Ward to GWS

I heard a Goddard to GWS rumour last week on one of the supercoach forums.

I think with his contract running out at the end of next year they are concerned about losing him to them for nothing so there has been some suggestions that the Saints might trade him this year so they get some value for him leaving.

Yeah i think this was discussed on the Footy show mid year from memory.

That way the saints can get one of the 17 year olds and an early pick from this year..

That they do, or pick one of them up in the draft which I doubt will happen

Trade with who? They would be crazy to organise a trade for them when they would just let them slip through to the draft

Be some nice little superannuation top-ups for a few blokes going around one more time. Negotiate a limited pre-season, certainly not doing what the 17 year olds are doing, and go around for 16-18 games in 2012. Not silly at all.

Will Brogans body hold up for that many games. Cornes probably will go alright, but the ruckman could not even jump last Sunday. I think Luke Power still has a bit to offer in my opinion.
