Far out. Am I the only one that doesn't rate Cook. Wright should be picked ahead of him.

No real big outs from Ports team. Cornes and Pearce are just sheep dogs anyway. The other three are ordinary at best.

I've always been frustrated with Cook, he knows how to get the ball but always get caught with it or turns it over, I'm thinking he will start as the sub.

Think you will find Stevens hasnt trained all week due to Illness and i wouldnt have played seller anyway.

Walker will be fine, he will have an ice bath and be cherry ripe!

Hendo got kicked in the head in a tackle by Tambling i am led to believe which left Hendo a bit groggy and Tambling a sprained ankle. Would be very suprised if both dont play!

I dont mind it after last weekend! No major injuries out of it and its the old saying 'you play as you train' - Lets hope saturday night we come out with that intensity from ball 1!

Good luck to Luke Thompson also, impressed me during the NAB cup so i have no doubt he will take care of Westoff!

great 3 games into the season we would have used 29 players. surely port would have closed in the betting stakes and be close to favourites with more players injured and the experience players they have coming back into the side

From the sounds of it a few of the 'ins' for Port are underdone though.

I for one am happy they lifted the intensity at training this week. I still feel the core of the side is intact despite the injury list (ie Thompson, Dangerfield, Vince, Tippett, Walker, Rutten, Johncock, Knights). I get the impression that the club is being very cautious with injuries this year, something which I applaud.

Half back looks a little weak - but Port's forward line isn't exactly star studded. Win the ball in the middle and it won't be a problem.

Would have to be the youngest and most inexperienced side ever fielded by the Crows you would think! We will need players like Thommo, VB, Johncock and Rutten to lead from the front!

Crows by 10 goal +. Got a feeling they will smash em early, and Port will give up the chase.

Adelaide's depth is being exposed ATM, which I suppose is good for the kids (experience wise). While I never expected us to beat the Hobo's I expected to see a bit more fight and pride in the jumper. Sadly it's now two weeks straight where we have been made to look like a rabble, that is the most disappointing part. Our supposed 'soft draw' is biting us on the arse big time!

Special mentions;

Maric - enjoy Port Magpies, that's where you'll be for the rest of the year (I hope).
Symes - please go back Centrals, you're causing untold damage to my furniture and effects. Yeah I know 29 touches, how many clangers, what efficieny?
Jaensch - you can't hide anywhere pal, you are not going to be part of this team going forward.
Walker - you do know that you can tackle in Aussie rules, don't you?

Despite my annoyance, I did get the missus to place a nice little wager on the Wharf Scum at the juicy odds of $2.60. Spewing I didn't get in earlier when they were $3.15.
