Footy shows on TV

Talk on the national game

I watched Game Day on 7 during R1 and they had a segment called "Stitched Up" with Montagna telling Riewoldt via a hidden ear piece to go into a bakery and say/do stupid stuff eg as he enters "Riewoldt is in the house", " do you know who I am?", and later he told Riewoldt to say to the female shopkeepers "you may have seen some recent photos of me where I don't have any hair, but I can assure you I am a natural blonde". Something to that point. This went on and on and was pretty pathetic and purile. After seeing Riewoldt speak at the clubs season launch and talk about "what St Kilda stand for" blah blah blah I thought this was just pathetic. This club is a joke as are these 2 who are meant to be leaders of the club, not acting like 2 15 year olds.

Its one reason why "Before The Game" is light years ahead of "Game Day" in the entertainment and footy information stakes.

Always been a big fan of "On The Couch" but they've outdone themselves this year I reckon .. Having Roosy on there is a master-stroke as he gives so much insight into not only the Swans, but the competition in general.

I gave it a shot but got bored and moved on half way through, but it is not much worse than the Channel 9 show.
These days I'm just checking the teams on the Internet next morning.
