A win/win for both clubs i'd say. I'm quite excited about him fronting up in the red, white and black.

Agreed. Can't see the Clarke brothers getting much of a run now.

Raph and Lovett are completely different players. Wont affect his position, saying that they are both probably on their last legs regardless.

Funny how Barry Hall 'quit' Sydney saying that he basically couldn't trust himself (to not have a brain snap on the footy field) anymore.
It seems that now he can

Peake will go pretty well in any team other than Freo. I reckon the saints have done well here.

Thats when he is not on the ground after slipping over. He is ordinary at best. Will be fighting with Ray, Clarke and co for a spot.

Darren Jolly to Collingwood for their first and third round picks.

Means they can finally play Fraser up forward where they believe he is better suited.

And Mumford from the Cats is now seeking a trade to Sydney for a million dollar deal.

Strange. Surely there would be draft picks swapped as well.

I can't remember the last time a team was so active in draft week, Brisbane are trading like madmen but unless they end up with the Fev they have picked up quite a few average players, I guess pick 60 won't get you a decent player either.

The Burgoyne deal is done, across mulitple clubs.
Burgoyne goes to Hawthorn
Jay Nash to Port
Mark Williams to Essendon
Josh Kennedy and Ben McGlynn to Sydney
Geelong gets improved picks
Port ends up with picks 9 and 16 (from Essendon)
Multiple 2nd and 3rd round picks change hands
Roger Woodcock -- 602 goals from a forward flank makes you a legend.
