Im pretty sure that i said " I can't see port doing any better" meaning port has only won 1 GF in 12 years and can't see them winning another for along time!! We might of won 1 in 50 years but we will have 2 in 3 years after this year..Not a bad record i think..But at the end of the day at least we will be in finals this year

Cant agree with you more cantbatcantbowl after watching them last week against the mighty pies. they will be lucky to make the 8 imo.
they were playing better when the power was out at the mcg, but when the power came back on they had a power cut

NEWS FLASH for ST KILDA, COLLINGWOOD, CARLTON, etc... Don't bother turning up this year. "Cantbatcantbowl" has already awarded the 2009 premiership to GEELONG!!!! ... Not getting a little ahead of yourself there are you ? Reminds me a little of the arrogance Geelong fans showed leading into the 2008 Grand Final

Hardly, it's a much bigger step than Roy's capable of at this point IMO. He needs to get involved at AFL level as an assistant for a while and find his way. He may not feel inclined to put his reputation on the line, it's a big step to take.

reported on the news tonight that S Burgoyne is waiting until Choco's position is sorted before re-signing for the Power ... inference is that he'll walk if Choco goes.

must have some truth to it ... I didn't hear it from Hutchy.

FWIW from my 15,0000 foot view, I know he rubs people up the wrong way, but I think Choco has a mountain of respect from (most of) the players.

Chocco made two mistakes this year 1. he continually raised the issue about his contract and spoke about his desire to go back to melb to coach 2. made it known that cassisi wasnt his first preference as capt.

sometimes the bloke should know when to shut up and get on with the job, im a williams fan but i think the above two points has seen a split in the playing group and caused a under current at the club.

A football mastermind.

Chocco is a very good coach but mucked up in 2008 ;)

I think there is a clash of personalities between haysman and chocco...
