False. A section of the outer is fenced off for the gold members i think it is (which looks stupid), but all of the ground is open. Some gates are closed, and hell, with the SANFL raping us to the tune of 500k every home game, you think they'd get off their asses and do something themselves.

The outer fenced off area are called "Premium Terrace" as you apparently have the best view of the game being side on, you also have the best view of the sun for afternoon games.
