At least Dwayne played the game, Sandy Roberts, like a few other ch 7 commentators in the 80's such as Drew Morphett and Peter Landy who hadn't played the game had no idea about the intricacies of the sport. Clinton Grybus never played AFL, but had a great feel for the game, and thats what set him apart from a lot of other commentators.
