So much agro on here tonight.. stan channeling his inner Carey.

Few upsets today - scoreline flatters port. Aliir I thought was very poor, Ladhams just seemed to get in the way a lot. Georgiades has a crack I like him.

Nic Nat is a beast and that was the game there.

Possibly not, but they are playing good football and the kids seem to have found there feet well.

I suspect they'll run out of steam at some point but good chance to make the 8 at least.

No Red Tins though, had some good fun watching the game though.

Feel ok today, roll on lunch.

Port looked slow and were definitely off, hit we were bloody good.

First time Port haven’t been top at the end of a minor round in 20 rounds. That would have to be close to a record wouldn’t it? Means nothing if you aren’t playing in a GF ala the Crowbots in the mid 2000’s but it’s still an impressive stat...

Last night Port really lacked the grunt when the Eagles got a run on and that’s where the lack of competition in the preseason and first couple rounds showed. Reckon they’ll miss the toughness of Ebert and SPP needs to get right and get back on the park if they are going to contend as they just couldn’t stop the Eagles when they got a run on.

Also Nice Nat in the centre with is tap work was on and makes a difference when you are getting good use of the ball. Being on top around clearances all night was telling.

Also looking at contested possessions it's clear we were getting first use of it all night and hence this meant Ports runner's couldn't get into the game.

Think Essendon was 24 rounds top on a row across 2000/01

Crows will probably win a couple more so should avoid bottom two and maybe bottom 4

Port really going to need to beat Richmond next week. If they dont beat the tigers they have 4 weeks of ‘easy’ games that don’t prove anything.

If they don’t beat Richmond the ‘you can’t beat decent question’ is not going away for a long time, for mine that will just build the pressure further.
