Collingwood are a very young side at the moment with a heap out and Port are playing top footy at the moment. Is ot that hard to give the Power some credit?

Bah. Go suck a peptide.

Port strangeled a top 8 contender one week after beating Sydney. Back line looking strong, midfield depth and a potent forward half.

Needle up your lads Jimbo. Cant wait for next week.

I thought he was progressing pretty well but this season doesn't seem to be getting too many games and only 2 disposals today against the Crows.

First game back from a long injury lay off. Will never be a star but rather him on my team then the opposition

Melbourne 4 goals up on the Bulldogs ... with any luck this will cement Craig as coach to extend their misery for the next few years.

I'm sure the Bulldogs will be fine ... their coach will draw on his extensive playing experience to get them out of the mire.

Geelong crowd booing Ballentyne. Maybe he could cry in the middle of the oval after the match. Don't hear Richo, BT and Darcy backing up Hayden tonight.

I don't see what difference his playing experience; or lack of it makes.
Playing is playing & coaching is coaching 2 totally different things. Plenty of great players are ordinary coaches & lots of average players have been very good coaches.
Great win by the Power tonite. Doesn't matter who the opponent is, it still has to be won. And Port were very convincing IMHO :D
If you don’t like my words, don’t listen. If you don’t like my appearance, don’t look. If you don’t like my actions, turn your head; It’s as simple as that.

My 2 cents is that I can't see how anyone can take a coach seriously if he hasn't played at that level before ... doesn't need to have been a champion, but must have had some experience at that level.
