Hard decision but Richmond have now sold their home game last year and this year to play Gold Coast away and now have lost both, know clubs are desperate for extra money but dents their chance again to play finals.

If we were genuine, we'd beat the Gold Coast anywhere FFS.

Don't deserve to make the eight. Again.

The lack of discipline from Martin has cost the tigers, if he plays Richmond win.

Think it was a great move by Hardwick to suspend him and in the long run this loss maybe the catalyst for Martin and the club going forward.
In reality they were never going to have an impact if they did make the 8 and now the discipline benchmarks have been set they are ready to have an impact next year.

Memo to Carlton, weren't you premiership favourite after your win over collingwood earlier in the year?? Even with your tanking back in the day your still fairly ordinary now! Wonder what dog act your skipper can do next?

aaaahhhh Richmond was only Friday at work we were saying if in the history of football there was a side that would go and lose to the GC giving them there first win for the year it would have to be Richmond. Unfortunatly didnt put any money on it.

Richmond continue to provide laughs for AFL followers.

The discipline to look after himself away from the club, very unproffessional and Hardwick has set the standards now. You reckon the senior players at the club wont be dirty on Martin for getting suspended and leaving the club vulnerable

If it takes Martin in that side to get over the Gold Coast then they are seriously in a lot more trouble then we think....

They gave Gold Coast no respect and deserved to lose.

Same way in the general topic forum the "things that give you the shits" has double the amount of posts as the "things that you rate" topic.

Not much said about the players who were out there after this loss. Forget about about Martin wtf happened out there. 10 up with 30 seconds on the clock. Jump on yhe bloody ball for christ sakes. Serious shake up needed at that club. Cant blame the coach as they have been this way through the last 3 coaches that i can remember.
