obviously never been to a richmond or collingwood game in melbourne
I reckon I've been to more Collingwood and Richmond games than you have Adelaide games, FE is quite correct.

Been that mentality over your side of the boarder for years. West End and C.U.B both make crap beer. Cooper's is really the only decent beer brewed in Australia. The Ad appeals to Crow supporters because they feel they are the superior team. They got in first and they won premierships in Ports two years. But how long can you hold onto and live on two premierships over 10 years ago?

Clearly it has nothing to do with the crows Strawb and its related to the Kick a Vic mentality. So your saying the whole south Australian/Vic rivalry is as a result of the AFC? You numb nut
Ps we dont live off the 2 premierships, but we are the superior club in the state on many fronts.... its not bragging but if you look at the facts we are

Mate since the Crows took off the kick a Vic thing became huge trust me I am a Victorian who was living in South Australia at the time. I know the Vic V. Sa thing has been around for years The fact that majority of South Australian jumped on the Crows bandwagon and went on with it. I will state this I prefer the Port supporters over the Crow ones day in and day out. They have a better understanding of the game

The rivalry was well and truly alive and well before 1990. Of course South Australians were going to jump on the first SA team, why wouldn’t they? Good business by AFC to get those supporters of vic clubs to get on board.... We definitely have some nuff supporters no denying that, we hold a majority presence in the state hence more nuffs get heard but they are a minority share of the supporter baseQuiet often they are baited into reactions by the minority who can then justify their opinion (quite often opposition supporters in the crowd cheer in a manner to get a reaction not in a way to support their side - funny enough a Collingwood supporter reminded another pies supporter that he was being ridiculous in his so called 'support'). Adding to the supposed no 'idea supporters' the AFC is disliked by PA and other club supporters because of what is perceived as media saturation "crowtiser" yada yada AFC's fault? hardly

I will give you that it was before 1990. But growing up over your side of the boarder it didn't really seem important til the crows came along. Yes I agree the marketing people at the crows have done well using the term "The Team For All South Australians." It works the same for the university of Texas saying "We Are Texas" The minions will bow down and support them. But in reality to me the Crows will always be a club that was made so that South Australia had a team because the SANFL was scared that Port would take over SA Football by going into the AFL.

The umpire fugged up the distance and then made another error by not exercising common sense when Morton wrapped his arms around player.
