Had to bide his time behind Cox and Naitanui. Played 21 in '16, then in pre-season '17 hurt a shoulder playing only one game, has played all 22 this year.

Kenny will probably still make them play that run up and down the ground plan.

If Lycett rucks it might mean Ryder gets another year out of his body. At this stage I'd say Ryder would have two years left in him, with a move forward it might mean 3.

And yes, would see Dixon move up to CHF.
