Did I not say they deserve to be? You spud.

And forget I said anything, that free against Waite was terrible.

1/4 time, 0.2 v 3.4

Waite misses one he should have kicked just on 1/4 time. Still a great start for the underdogs.

Great start from the Roos, whilst they have been awesome so far hard to see them keeping this up the whole game.
Get the feeling shots like the one Waite just had could be costly, they really need to nail the gettable ones to be a big chance

What is everyone's fascination with umpires the last few weeks?

Norths pressure has been outstanding. Should be further in front, the fact it's only 3 goals suggest the game is far from done tho. But the longer it takes for West Coast to kick there first the larger the monkey on the back gets. So to speak.
you've gota keep on keep'n on .........

Not sure why people are on about the umps. Norths pressure has been great and they are all over us at the moment.

Coasters have had all the play this quarter, Kennedy has put the team on his shoulders

Danger signs for north, west coast are getting some space at half forward

North have found their run again too.

Decent contest here, though it is pretty scrappy

Umps helping the WA team as usual and as can be proven by stats. Go Roos, beat all 25 of the opposition.

FFS, this umpiring is a disgrace.
Well done to the Eagles fans in trying to wrestle back the mantle of the most ignorant fans in the league from their southern brothers.

This is one cracking game of footy.
For mine the umpires have been good and let a lot go, it's added to the contest.
Looking forward to the second half, north fully deserve their lead but gonna be a long 60 mins for em to hold on. They need to get the first couple to get their tails up, if they fall behind it'll be tough

Hard to watch this as a neutral. Every time west coast get near the ball, you can sense the umps looking for a free
