What a great game of footy, how much guts did Essendon show being 2 down after the 1st 1/4, Carlton bad kicking at goal may have well cost them, but thats what footy is all about

One of the gutsiest efforts from our lads ive ever seen, a decent side should of put us away. To get out of that game 2 down and blatant cheating by the umpires was amazing. Judd is an absolute champion but he gets away throwing the ball and holding the ball all day, talk about protected species. Fletcher you champion!!!!!!

The ammount of non holding the balls that went carltons way was disgraceful. Saw at least 4 throws from judd and murphy and we copped head high tackles all day nothing was done about it.

Nah not pissed off. Actually very happy and proud of the lads. Under knights we would of rolled over and lost by 100. Just annoyed the 50/50 calls never go our way against carlton.
Already had 4 texts from carlton mates saying Essendon were lucky to get out of that one
