Correct, the mountain blocks a lot of the rain fall from hitting the Hobart CBD and it’s actually quite a dry city.

Will be colder in Canberra on Sat night

They're putting heaters in and heated seats

No confidence motion currently being debated in TAS Parliament. Greens are sinking the boots in, the proposed stadium is front and centre, proposing to include an amendment to include not building the stadium as part of the motion.

We would spend twice that knowing what it has done for the city and the state.

Build it and they will come.

Serious question are you including the original western stand upgrade (2009-10) in that figure, Boon, or just the Southern and Eastern redevelopment (2012-13)?

It made sense for Adelaide Oval but for very different reasons than Hobart, you can’t really compare the 2 situations.

AO has two tenants, gets used every week of the home & away season, plus you've got the hotel there now too
