Get rid of the prior opportunity rule then.
If you are legally tackled while in possession of the ball you are gone.
Too many blokes are now hunkering down and accepting the tackle.
It's a tactic in close games to take time off the clock.
In congestion just give to a bloke who has no prior (especially at centre bounce)
There, now you know why we win close ones ;)
