Agree, still looks gay and hard to interview someone about footy when they couldnt care less about it.

I'd love this show if it wasn't for the overly superior and arrogant Mike Sheehan. I really do believe he is a typical Victorian tool

Matty Scarlett tonight lol, I've never heard him speak before .. Not a natural in front of the camera by any stretch, but seems to call a spade a spade, another good episode.

Was a great episode...he intrigued me somewhat with the way he came across - didn't know he was that introverted, but it was refreshing to watch. Some great stories.

Thoroughly enjoyed last night's episode. Possibly the best one I've seen.
Just told it how it is, no spin. Loved it. Well done Scarlo.

We'll find out on every fox footy show until next Monday, I reckon they had already played half of Scarlett's interview in grabs throughout last week.

Not sure if it was open mike or not, but was interested in hearing the interview with Doug Hawkins, where after he left Footscray he phoned Bucky Cumminghan, saying he wanted to come out and play for the Magpies in 1995. Was soon after that call that someone got into his ear about going to Fitzroy and he ended up there instead. Would have been great to see him in the SANFL

Said he told Harvey he was selfish during the game, then after the match had finished Harvey refused to shake his hand

Yeah it was Open Mike

What an interesting story that was, wanted to come to Port because he knew they were successful but knew someone (can't remember the name) at Fitzroy and went there. Also had the chance to go to Essendon to 83 but decided to stay loyal to the Bulldogs and then the Bombers went back to back 84/85 and Dougie obviously missed his chance at premiership glory.

Just watch the Matty Scarlett Open Mike, one of the best I've seen. It was great to hear him speak, as a defender he was always one of my most favourite and admired players, tough and hard to beat. I liked his take on individual awards and accolades.

Also said that Harvey will never win a premiership, he was right.

Seems as though Scarlett hated even the smallest hint of selfishness (ie individual awards) and was willing to tell blokes whether it was a team mate of his or not just how he felt about that, fair enough and good on him I say.

Most of them are. The only one I didn't like (and I know I'm not the only one here) was the episode with Don Scott.

Watched the Scarlo show last night and he appeared to be a pretty humble bloke. However, I have read many times that he is an arrogant tool. He certainly didn't come accross that way on Open Mike.
