8 point game!

Seriously good win for us. Down at 1/4 time and playing pretty poorly. So to come back from that and win by 2 and a half goals is a great win.

I think it says we've matured a bit. We're not world beaters by any stretch of the imagination but the past few years in the same situation we would've struggled along to an honourable loss. Well done guys.

Rapt! Didn't know the score, watched the second half on TV, and happy with that.

Judd was shite. Totally crap. How can anyone rate a bloke who's just got a career high in contested footy....terrible.....

Juddy played very well after kieran jack got injured. ;)

The interchange free kick could not have come at a worse time during the game. Thems the breaks. The AFL spin doctors will be doing overtime tonight.

Well played Carlton and three deserved votes for captain Judd. That interchange steward was shitting himself at three quarter time. I'm glad his stuff up didn't decide the result. The beers would have tasted pretty sweet for the Bluebaggers after their first win in Sydney for 18 years.

Loved the pissed Carlton fans they kept showing in the second half. I was in a similar state when Geelong broke through at AAMI Stadium after about a zillion losses at that dump. I'm singing the Cat song to everyone and chips and cups came flying from all directions. No knitting needles though luckily.

It ( the decision ) definately gave them ( Carlton ) the momentum.
I think it played a big part in the result, all Sydney ( officials, players, coaching staff ) on the sideline couldn't just let it go coz it was no doubt the wrong decision made, they all kept complaining & forgot about the big picture.

That game was old school hard football. Carlton did well to get back and win. I thought they were gone at one stage when they werent prepared to get the hard ball. Yes Gibbs I'm talking to you mate.

Stupid interchange rule. The chad takes a great grab but taken off him and advanced 50m for a roos goal. Too harsh of penalty. Port just hanging on at moment

That decision with Motlop is complete over umpiring, geez whiz I could understand Port fans not being happy at the moment. If his fairy puff elbow was any worse than the shove he got from Ferrito then chrikey.
Also that interchange rule is devastaing. Absolutly devastating. The AFL perhaps will there money now needs to invest in a Manager of Common sense because after last night and now today, and everytime it happens it just kills you it really does and all because a player was 0.5m the wrong way. My god what is going on!

When will they ever teach AFL players to kick through the ball when kicking for goal? Last week we saw Westhoff try to steer the ball rather than kick through it, today we see Brogan do exactly the same thing.
