Good news is that this might change a little after this action.

Hopefully, there is no accountability and they say “undisclosed sources”.

There is no doubt some players were upset with the camp, and that's what the journo's went with, doesn't mean the camp was unsafe or inappropriate.

Be interesting if JJ makes any comments now he is not longer in the system and is in the media

They wouldnt apologise if it wasn't lies...

Could be about tarnishing CM reputation rather than the content of the camp.

On 4 July 2020, an article was published in The Sunday Age and on The Age website reporting on the Adelaide Crows camp in 2018. The article made a number of statements about Amon Woulfe, Derek Leddie and Collective Mind. The Age acknowledges that Workplace SA made no findings of wrongdoing against Collective Mind. The Age acknowledges that the camp was run in good faith and with the players’ interests front of mind. If the article was read to suggest otherwise, The Age withdraws that suggestion.

The Age apologises and expresses regret if the article caused hurt and offence to Mr Woulfe, Mr Leddie and Collective Mind. The Age has withdrawn these publications.

The thing with journalism is you're reporting on the information you've been given as, in most instances, you weren't there, so it comes down to how much you trust those sources, how many people can verify what those sources have told you and your willingness to accept it as fact. Ultimately the reporters are merely gathering information and it's up to them to verify that information before they run with it. Clearly they've been fed poor information on this one.

The interesting follow up from this is Fagan, Pyke and Burton all lost their jobs because of this, if there's grounds for compensation to them you would think they would most certainly seek them out, if only to maintain / repair their damaged reputations. Watch this space I reckon.

Didn't Fagan and Pyke resign? (yeah I know I know...). Burton was a f..k up not even considering the camp, and I'm sure got adequately compensated for his dismissal.

Some was probably true and some made up crap

Sounds like they were reporting heresay as fact.
Roo this morning mentioned Chocco reporting something that allegedly happened to Sam Jacobs so he personally investigated it & found it completely untrue so rang Chocco for an on air apology that never happened
