Footy classified is ahead of ch7 talking footy but it's a close race.

The annoying part of classified is when the panel are being introduced halfway thru they interject and say 'hello hutchy etc' just sounds horrible

The journos/paper may feel they got a 'win' by getting him sacked. But it took them over a year of constant bollocks before he got sacked. So it's not a 'win'. It does show how inept some journos are, if in fact they are journos

Did find some of Simpson's whinging bit odd. Going on about how he won't be able to pay the kids Disney channel anymore, or limit their phone usage on their mobiles etc.

You are getting ONE MILLION dollar payout for next year for doing nothing, just suck it up. He will get another job somewhere on extremely good money too. The critiscm etc you cop as player/coach goes with the fact you get a ridiculous amount of money to do your job, if you don't like it then find another career and get $80k per year.

Opinion pieces aren't journalism and there's very few real journalists left in my opinion.

Tom Morris, faults aside, he's a journalist who breaks news and he reports on facts more often than not. Mitch Cleary another. Caroline Wilson used to be.

Yes, I get he was tongue in cheek, but his go at the journo and the "we are human too" line he was deadly serious. Putting up with that goes with the territory.
