As if Gazza isn't just milking his current contract.
He won't leave but he will make Geelong pay him for it.

Hopefully the Doc is OK.

Apparently they bought him back twice while on the Oval.

Had a chat to a Geelong official during the game, and he didn't know how he was at that stage. Spoke to Timmy Watson said the Cats were pretty sombre before and during the game.

I didnt realise till after the game about the DOC suffering, but you could see that after about the first 10mins the crows absolutely dominated the game and shouldve won by a lot more.

If people dont reckon what happened pre-game doesn't have a major destabilising effect on a team then they're kidding themselves.

Geelong will bounce back big time next week.
It's all the SANFL's fault.

Agreed, a person who has guided the health of those blokes for years suddenly has health put in question in front of them of course it would affect the young men of Geelong. They'll never use it as an excuse, though. Suffice to say Geelong didn't turn up to play last night.

Yep Adelaide was good but if people want to go booking accomodation in Melbourne for September on the back of that win you are in for a some disappointment.
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

Whats happened to Corey Enright..?? Never seen such an accomplished player look so out of his depth before. Everyone is entitled to a shocker but he actually looked like he was learning how to run for the first time on Friday night. Didnt see him the week before but have heard he wasnt all that flash against the hawks either.

For such a great decision maker his skills and confidence looked shot to bits.

Geelong kicked the first few goals and looked good early so it couldn't have had too much effect on them !!
I love grapes. With grapes, you always get another chance. You know, if you have a crappy apple or a peach, you’re stuck with that crappy piece of fruit. If you have a crappy grape, no problem-just move on to the next. ‘Grapes: The Fruit of Hope.

He's had defensive opponents on him the last couple of games. Also, Boris hasn't missed a game this year or last year. One of the few Cats players not to. I reckon he could do with a rest. Three games in 12 days. We were very flat on Friday.

I wouldn't be surprised if 'The General' pays Boris a visit this week.
