Fev to Sydney for pick 5 & second rounder.

Then the second rounder to Bulldogs for Everitt.

so that means Melbourne will have pick 1,2,11 and 18. four in the top 20.

Even though it's only in principle at this stage, is good compensation for Melbourne me thinks.

Those draft picks are great for the Dee's who already have a good bunch of kids on their books - But their biggest problems is the senior players you need these kids to be around, McLean would have been the main one you want them modelling on and learning from (understanding that Green, Bruce, Moloney, McDonald are still there).

The crows have traditionally not traded much, and i dont think that will change, now that Burgoyne has Chosen the Hawks, The Bombers will throw everything at getting Taylor Walker, but he signed a two year deal and is going no where. Richard Douglas Opened up Speculation he wants to go home by pulling out of the SANFL finals, so he does not get injured. Jon Griffin is the interesting one its been reported that 10 clubs are after him, so he would have some value on the market. and Brent Reilly, 3 months ago he looked at the cross roads buthis last 10 games this season were outstanding and he will stay at the club

Baz is the Key Forward type we have needed for the past two years, i just hope that he can keep his temper under control and do the job that is required of him.

a fully fit and operational Barry Hall would make the Bulldogs side EXTREMELY good and will be able to propel us further than we have been in 08 and 09...

Doggies to play in the GF in 2010, place your bets now ladies!!!!! would be a decent return one would think...

Poor Taylor Walker, his biggest mistake for the year was playing that one good game in a row, the media pumped him up to be the next Wayne Carey and wouldn't allow him to progress naturally.
There's no doubting his skill level, the media just needs to not put so much pressure on him, they killed my dreamteam.

It's good to see clubs working on these deals now rather than waiting until the official trade week as seemed to happen in the past

I could well be proven wrong, but I don't think Hall is the type of forward the Bulldogs need ... Sure he will help, but not enough imho.

In the Prelim final the Dogs were bombing the ball in long, in a congested forward area that won't help Hall at all, he needs to be a leading forward as opposed to a Riewoldt, Kosi or Tippett type who can take a contested grab quite often..

Yeah well to me the Griffen won is interesting. He seems to be 4th in line now. Because Maric, Moran and Seller are all in front of him in my opinion. Still he has seems to fallen away a bit. Still im not surpirse if there are 10 clubs interested in him.

Funny you say that, because myself and some mates discussed that over a few beers the other week.

If Kane was used mainly as a tagger, he would be extremely valuable. There are few better taggers around.

Couldn't see Port giving him up without BIG compensation, and rightly so. Won't happen.
