Like yourself, I've played the game and like yourself, not at AFL level.

What I am saying is the younger lads in the on ball brigade for Adelaide are not the ones who need to make the space for Vince.

I agree that the space needs to be ceated, but just like the tagging role is a designated role so is the person who shakes the tag for the on-baller. So who should that be in your opinion? IMO Thompson should forget going for the ball at times and help Vince. Thompson is strong and would be the ideal foil for the likes of Ling, Kirk and co.

Thompson, Goodwin and Doughty need to step it up.

Although at the moment Thompson really needs to start finding the ball, whats wrong with him at the moment?

Thompson is ordinary, always has been.
