Looks like Ling is going to have a pretty big issue to deal with before he has even had a chance to toss the coin.

Be interesting to see what approach the players/leadership group take with Stokes.

I think with a charge that serious there will be no decision to be made by Ling.
If Stokes is guilty he'll get the sack, if he's not guilty he won't.

Without knowing much about Geelong at all i would think he would at the very least have some say in what Stoke's punishment would/should/could be.

I don't disagree with that was more asking what a Geelong person thinks their club might do.

I think some clubs leave too much to the leadership groups and some decisions are just for a board to make and this may fit into that category but i aint sure on this one.

I think it definately is as it doesn't get much more serious in my book, if he's guilty he gets the sack, if he's not then nothing happens, pure and simple.
