Oh no!! We drafted a MOTLOP!

EEK!! The Cats have drafted a Motlop!

For some reason I can't stand your Motlop (that ssssh to the faithful at Cat Park that day might have had something to do with it LOL) and now we've got one of our very own! That means I have to actually cheer a Motlop! Cripes...how many of the buggers are there out there??

By all accounts this one ( the younger brother of ours ) is more of a midfielder than a specialist forward. You'll grow to appreciate the talent they have, dont worry. You might even grow to like ours.... ;)

What I wanted to ask you, what is the bloke like we drafted from the Cattery? 2008 B+F in the ressies....?
PAFC. Forever.

LOOK OUT, WE'RE COMING!

I don't watch the Ressies mate so I haven't seen him (Jason Davenport) play. From my fellow Cats on BigFooty it appears that he is a real goer who was a bit stiff to be cut by Geelong. Going to Port will give him a real shot at the big time. The Ressies struggled last year but Davenport can hold his head high. Whoever gets him in the SANFL mini draft will have picked up a player...Port fans will be hoping he gets a gig this season.

I dont rate young Motlop to be honest REB having seen a bit of him up in Darwin.

On Jason Davenport, i think he is a pretty good player and i think the move to Port will do him wonders, i expect him to get a crack in the seniors all things going well during the pre season and dont be surprised if he cements his spot. Can run, decent skills, finds a fair bit of the footy and can drift forward and kick a footy.

REB is right though, if he doesnt play seniors the SANFL club that grab him will be ecstatic
