Didn't know much about Phil before today but after watching the press conference and hearing his 5AA interview you can't help but be impressed!

i agree with this. had never really heard him speak before, but i liked what he had to say at the presser. it was certainly a new look with walsh and fagan there, might dispel some of that boys club mentality that there seems to be a perception of

Looking forward to seeing what he brings. To be honest, every new coach sounds impressive at their first presser. It's almost like it's part of the interview process...
