That's exactly what I was thinking. Maybe the manager needs to pull his head in a bit or else his clients may be looking for new managers.

There's nothing wrong with testing the market, HOWEVER, you have to realise if you're client is not marketable, you don't market him. For instance, if he's high maintenance, constantly injured or old, you don't test the market. That equates to dickhead management IMO.

If you're talking about Martin, Richmond (in Seinfeld speak) "have hand". They could offer him far call and still have him on their books. Congrats Richmond!

Nuh, Martin
Jumped the gun early, but that's the news I got, will resign at Richmond ASAP on original contract. As much as I'd like to see them lower it, I don't think they will.
