Hamish McLachlan decided to give the AFL a pat on the back on radio for the wires at the MCG stopping seagulls hovering over the Ground during play. Now I didn't watch this particular saints v tigers clash but he made the call at the start of the third quarter, which given the match time, was still too early to be saying they wouldn't come as they have been down on other occasions since the wires were installed - just seemed to me that he might have been giving his brother an unwarranted pat on the back.
Will concede that there weren't any that came in for this match.
