The AFL is about $$$

they want a strong team in every state to maximise the $$$

GWS are going to be crap so they need to assure Sydney are up there come finals time.

Hawthorn must of done terrible things to the AFL.

Geelong, WCE away, Collingwood, Freo hobart to start the season.

They also finish the season with Collingwood and Sydney (away).
