Yeah fair call I suppose. Collingwood weren't all that flash either but Essendon got pumped by a middle of the ladder team who didn't have Wojo, Bartel, Varcoe, Pods or Christensen.

Flat track bully LM, was Pods. Came into a strong side at the right time and struggled against the top teams when Geelong played them.

Pretty hard to get a kick when you are injured. Just ask Buddy. If supporters of any team really want this to be true, it would be Hawthorn.
