Round 10 v Freo

Postby Footy Smart » Thu May 31, 2012 11:18 am

So Tex comes back in and seriously dont know who goes out. Henderson maybe but he has been solid the last few weeks.

We had plenty of poor players last week Stiffy being the worst.... spose your allowed one down game

Will be much like last week, numbers around the ball etc but I would expect us to break them down and get the points

Hendo for me, dont think he has done that much this year so far. Has he been subbed out 3 times this year due to a knock?

IM not a huge hendo fan but think he has been more than servicable down back..... he def isnt made tough though haha

Wingnut could be a chance to go out though..... Hendo has the ability to play back and FWD also be the sub Walker for Callinan could be a straight FWD swap

Never easy to win in the west, but we'll rarely get a better opportunity than this week.
Freo under massive criticism will come out fired up, but Sanderson and the players should be well aware of that.

They're struggling in the clearances and this should be our main advantage all game.
Tex back obviously provides the target badly missed last week.
Not sure who will miss out, possibly Henderson as suggested... Jenkins probably deserves more time.
Anyway, pretty confident of winning this.

Sando has said we will def play 3 ruckman and Tex so Jenks is safe and rightly so IMO I think we structure up better that way

Can't believe no-one has suggested that Douglas miss. Seems the logical one to me. Henderson and Callinan should definitely play. Wright the sub. I guess we'll all know in about an hour or so.

Any win in the west is a good win. I was certainly worried in the last but to end up winning by 5 goals was brilliant. Rory Sloane outstanding.

It's been a sensational result over the last 5 weeks. Before the Sydney game, if someone had told you that Adelaide would win 4 of their next 5 games you'd be stoked. I was thinking 2 out of the 5 would be ok but Sando and the players have been superb. It sets them up beautifully after the bye now.

I'd have Wright in over most of the above.
He is not spectacular but he goes in hard and does what he does well.
Callinan earns his keep.

Talk about a young bloke chucking the whole team on his shoulders and saying "come with me" .. Rightly deserves all the plaudits that are coming his way.

Exactly what i was thinking at the same point. To win 4 of them is awesome sets us up beautifully. The bye will freshen the lads up now.

He'd have to be I reckon .. They said on "On The Couch" he has polled in the coaches votes in 6 of the past 7 games - More than Dangerfield apparently.
