Remember its not about the AFL believing that Tanking is happening or a problem, but the public perception that the priority pricks are causing teams to tank. Not the fact that ex officals have already come out and stated what they have been doing at that end of the season, but its all the publics fault.......Yes the AFL are a strange bunch and having anything left to there discretion is not a great idea.

I have no issues with the Priority picks system going, as it has been said the draft the way it is, is a good evener.
