Primus just needs to find the spark.

Somehow the team must get closer as a group.

To Die for each other. To Die for the jumper.

The team has to think as one.

The Club needs a clean out. :D

Pay the team as a "United Performance".

No Win No Pay

If you don't like it, play elsewhere. :D
Smile :)

It's only Money $$$ :)

What is happening to our SANFL guys...

Just blind guess work. Go back to 2005 and who would you say would win a flag first?

Adelaide who won 17 games for the season to finish top with a % of 136.
Hawthorn who won 5 games to finish 14th with a % of 82
or
Collingwood who won 5 games to finish 15th with a percentage of 77.

Anyone who doesn't follow Hawthorn or Collingwood would have said Adelaide.

Port need to work out whether they are going to have a re-building phase or not. Their problem stemmed from winning the flag in 2004 and Choco thinking that they were a long way off another. They had a bit of a clean out and began to re-build, the unforseen success of 2007 was probably their biggest downfall, they didn't expect to make the GF and it threw their long term plan into disarray.
Now they are left harbouring players that are neither here or there.
Ebert won his Magarey playing in the guts but doesn't cut it as an on-baller in the AFL and isn't consistent enough to be damaging as a small forward.
Motlop although he's a freak at times doesn't kick as many goals as a permanent forwrd should.
Gray isn't on the park enough.
Carlisle can't play on tall forwards and lacks strength.
Cassisi isn't the ideal captain, goes about his business but seems to lack that inspiration for others to follow.
Chad's seen the best years of AFL.
Kane doesn't use the ball well enough.
Surjan seems to have dropped off the radar.
Pettigrew looked to be developing well a couple of years ago but hit a brick wall.
Salopek has never been able to hit the heights that he could acheive.
Hitchcock looked to set the world on fire last season but has delivered very little.
Davenport doesn't get used as much as he should.

Port need to recruit well, persist with them and set some long term goals.

At least Brisbane have a good group of kids coming through, it's a fair slap in the face losing Jonathan Brown, arguably the most influential captain in the game.

Yeah but I really rate the bye this year. The bye has played more games than Collingwood and Geelong and is also undefeated.

I can't seem them producing a Coleman or Brownlow medallist though.

They can't go on next year. Not drawing enough fans. Cracker of a defence though and still better to watch than St Kilda.

Pretty good analysis there LM on both Posts, I would have to say I agree with you about the Port players you mentioned. Alot of those players need to be look at and probably will at the end of the season I guess.

As for Brisbane, Gee they have some good potential about them. I do believe they will win a Flag before Port, but probably before North and Richmond as well.
Read my reply. It is directed at you because you have double standards
