If Collingwood are the benchmark, the Crows have much work to do to turn over their list to match them let alone better them. Not that they cant though, but its likely to be achieved through a rebuilding phase over three years plus. Its not a good time to be in the rebuilding phase with the Gold Coast and GWS having the first selection of juniors however. Still if the Crows are prepared to be active in trading week at the end of the season and are prepared to trade some of their better players they could well turn it around pretty quickly, along with a large slab of luck falling their way to go with it.

See if you can snag some draft picks from the GWS. I reckon sheedy would be keen on some mature age players, more so that what the Gold Coast were.
