I had been a Norwood member for about 10 years but my career early after graduation ensured I never had time to go to matches.
So by the time the Crows were born, and AFL Memberships became an issue, I was a bit separated from football.
When the second licence came up I was in a position where I didn't have to work quite the same hours, but the Crows had a huge waiting list and I couldn't bring myself to become a member of the team that got the second licence.
[ I was an Internet Member of Norwood while they offered that option during my years in Melbourne.]
