good appointment IMO. should bring in a different opinion compared to the likes of Bickley and Hart whose only AFL knowledge comes from the crows. Also a lot better then Matthew Knights

Should be a good choice I think - he certainly knew how to play the game.
Now if only the media can learn to say Camporeale instead of Camperelli...

Scott appeared in a TV interview, late in his playing days, saying that it was actually Camporeale, but he'd grown up hearing it mispronounced for so long he didn't know himself until he was well into his playing career. It wouldn't be pronounced Camperelli in Italy it's like Montagna is correctly Motanya not MonTAGna.
The Oz media and public tend to butcher foreign names and the immigrants are usually too polite to correct them.

off subject here but according to this site Adelaide will play Hawthorn in round 1 next year to celebrate their 20 year history in the AFL, this was a request by Adelaide according to the site.

Yeah but Adelaide requested Friday night like 20 years ago but the AFL rejected that and it will be on our least preferred Sunday night slot.
